Research & Estimating
In order to provide you with an accurate estimate, we research the local zoning codes to determine the type of sign and size allowed by the sign ordinance. We do not provide quotes for signs that are not allowed by zoning laws.
Agreement
The entire project is secured by an agreement signed by both parties. This contract, enforceable by law, ensures compliance and gives you the peace of mind that our obligations will be met.
Permit Processing
After the required deposit is made, we take immediate action. We prepare all the necessary paperwork within 5 business days, and guarantee a process number by the end of this period. This process number serves as a mean for tracking the plan review process with the city. The whole permitting process is transparent.
Production
Once the permit is approved, your sign enters the production stage. Most projects are manufactured within 5-7 business days. Once completed, your sign is ready for installation by one of our qualified installers.
